Health Guarantee - Genetic Issues: All puppies are guaranteed by Country Living Pet Resort (Seller) to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale or delivery (shipping). The Original Buyer is extended a life-threatening genetic health guarantee on any genetic health problems for one year. If at any time during the one year guarantee period a genetic problem should arise the puppy will be replaced - NO CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Replacement takes place only if a letter of evidence is provided by a veterinarian with concurring diagnosis with seller's vet. Replacement of the puppy will take place as soon as the next litter of puppies is available and will be of equal value. Original Buyer must pay the difference of any higher-value replacement puppy. The puppy found to have a genetic defect must be returned to Country Living Pet Resort unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Health Guarantee - Non-Genetic Issues: Seller provides a free veterinarian visit to Webster Groves Animal Hospital within one week of purchase date. If puppy has any health issues the puppy will be treated by Webster Groves Animal Hospital at no cost to Original Buyer during that period of time. If at any time Original Buyer chooses to take the puppy to their own veterinarian or any other veterinarian all costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the Original Buyer and the Health Guarantee becomes null and void.
All puppies shipped will be accompanied by a veterinarian health certificate completed by examining veterinarian prior to shipping. This will insure that the puppy is in good health at time of shipping.
